Professionally-trained at the New York Culinary Institute, Chef Tony began his career working at the world-famous Biltmore Hotel in New York City. He then moved into the fresh fruit and vegetable industry, where he worked for companies around the country in various marketing and sales capacities. He has created hundreds of mouth-watering recipes and has authored several cookbooks.

Chuck Busalacchi has also created salad dressings sauces, condiments and seasonings for the food industry. His work at McDonalds and Zaxby's Restaurants is legendary. He earned a degree in food science and has been busy working with ingredient companies and restaurants ever since.

Chef Tony Merola and his partner Chuck Busalacchi have been in the food industry for their entire careers.
Chef Tony and Chuck became friends years ago, and in 2006, formed Merola/Busalacchi Foods, LLC, to create new products for consumers.

They have created gourmet salad dressings and barbeque sauces, which they sell to retail and foodservice clients and now, they have introduced their newest creation, Must-A-Kraut. Available in Original, Spicy Brown and Deli-Relish flavors, this new product is a taste sensation.
